Between new detox trends and social media movements against dieting, the world of nutrition and detoxification is confusing. Are juice cleanses necessary? Should you be detoxifying your body regularly? Spring is right around the corner, should I partake in a spring cleanse program? These questions are just a few examples of the content covered in this class. Join nutrition specialist and certified health coach Stephanie Lanham in this myth-busting event as she explores all that you need to know regarding dieting, cleanses, and detox supplements.

Each client will leave equipped with evidence-based knowledge to help navigate the world of nutritional supplements and detox programs and empowered to make informed decisions regarding their health and wellness journey. Stephanie will be providing tools and resources to each of the participants as guidance and education to support this class's teachings. Seating is limited to 10 participants in person.
