How to Reconnect Your Body and Mind to Intuitively Eat and End Your Battle With Food and Body Image

What is the answer to wellness? You know there is an answer out there! The world tells us that the answer is dieting - either losing weight, gaining weight, or maintaining where you are. So you purchase the products and restrict the food, and although it works for a few weeks, you can’t seem to keep it up! So you think thoughts like, “what is wrong with me?” or “Do I not have any willpower?”.  Your weight cycles up and down, as does your emotions and sense of self-worth. The cycle is exhausting. You feel depleted. You avoid the cameras and criticize your body and your relationship with food. When you even think of going back on a diet, you immediately eat foods not diet-worthy like there is no tomorrow.

If this is you, then we want to share with you something you knew at your birth- how to eat intuitively!

It’s time to reawaken out of diet mentality and into Freedom and Health.

Healing From Diet Culture Trauma Group Program 

Starting on March 8th, 2022, at 6:00 pm

Every Tuesday Night for 12 weeks 

Dieting is traumatizing to our relationship with our bodies and food. In this group program, you will learn the steps to end the trauma that the diet culture is selling to society. You will also learn the real effects of diet culture on our mental, emotional, and physical state of being (Prepare to be mind blown). You will learn how to implement the techniques that lead you back to real health and emotional freedom. 

The 12 Week Course Outline:

1) 100% Personal Responsibility

2) Reject the Diet Mentality

3) Balancing the Stress Response

4) Hunger/Fullness Cues

5) Changing Perceptions

6) Challenging Our Thoughts About Food

7) Emotional Eating

8) Self-worth and Self-Compassion

9) Satisfaction from eating

10) Exercise from loving-kindness

11) Gentle Nutrition

We are offering accessibility. We will have a private Facebook support group for the course participants to help build each other up and support one another. Stephanie and Beth will be active in the Facebook group to give support and guidance. You can talk about your barriers with the group and share what is working for you; it's a beautiful way to share and get the help you need.  This is a private Facebook group so you will not have to worry about others not in the course.  Each week in class, we will have a lecture, group participation, handouts, and accountability.  There may be an assignment that week or different exercises to start understanding and feeling the concepts in your body.  We will also give you worksheets for you to start engaging with these activities. 

Additionally, the program will offer two 1 hour private sessions - one with Beth and one with Stephanie - to discuss wellness goals and concerns and support you better on your journey.  This course is a unique interactive support group to set you on the path of feeling in control of your body and mind, take back your relationship with food, and heal the trauma from diet culture.

You get: 

- 18 hours live instruction and guided experience

- Private Facebook support group

- Two 1 hour private sessions with the coaches

Who are we? 

Beth White MBA, MHA, BSN, RN is a Certified Life Coach, nurse, and owner of Be See Love, LLC. She specializes in helping others heal from trauma and abuse. Using her knowledge about the body and mindset, she will help you develop the mindset needed on your journey to health. She is also a wife and a mother of 4, so she understands how busy life can get!

Stephanie Lanham, MS, CNS, NBC-HWC, is a Certified Nutrition Specialist and Health and Wellness Coach and currently completing her Doctorate in Clinical Nutrition. She is the owner of Rediscover Health, LLC health coaching, where she helps her community rediscover health using food, herbs, and holistic practices. Stephanie specializes in coaching clients through intuitive eating, building self-compassion, optimizing wellness in gut health, and balancing hormones.

Together, we are here to help you rediscover life without being tied down to food and dieting. A life with resources and tools to heal from stress, low self-worth, and poor body image. A life where you are free to eat without counting calories or feeling guilty for cheat days. We're here to help guide you to optimal wellbeing.
