About The Event

Food/Mood Connection: Don’t let food ruin your mood!

The foods we eat can impact our emotions and brain health. There is a scientifically-based connection between nutrition and mental wellness. By learning about the mood-food relationship, we can change our brains for the better and support mental health. Inflammation, gut bacteria, oxidative stress, and many other factors can contribute to depression, anxiety, and other mental health concerns. Stephanie will be educating on how we can eat our way to better brain health and build healthier relationships with food and our bodies that may contribute to the food-mood cycles.

What you get in this class:

- 1.5-hour live discussion about food-mood nutrition with Stephanie Lanham, MS, CNS, NBC-HWC

- Additional Q&A session

- PDF Documents (emailed) with lecture notes, recipes, and more!

- Tea time with fresh herbs
