I’m a Doctor of Clinical Nutrition, Board Certified Nutrition Specialist, and Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach, and herbalist — and I do this work because I’ve seen how often women are blamed, shamed, or dismissed when their bodies don’t respond to “perfect” plans.

Personalized nutrition and health coaching for women seeking deeper, individualized support around eating behavior, women’s health, and lifestyle nourishment. Availability is intentionally limited and varies by state due to licensure requirements. All 1:1 work is application-based and offered in select windows throughout the year.

These programs blend education, nervous system support, and community so you don’t have to do this work alone. Offered a few times per year and shared first with my membership and email community.
